During my time at the Star, I worked with the iconic weekly print publication Eye Magazine. The challenge was turning a weekly brand into a daily web experience — integrating digital and print and building original online content when the paper only came out once a week…
One way of doing this was by creating an online throw to be used throughout the newspaper referring readers to the website. When readers came to site, they could find the E and continue reading or start listening or searching.
